At Plyable our mission is to deliver top-quality composite tooling to our customers.

To achieve this aim, every order is subjected to a rigorous inspection process prior to delivery. We are proud to be ISO9001 certified and to ensure aerospace-standard levels of geometric accuracy, everything we deliver is supplied with a CMM (coordinate measuring machine) inspection report as standard.

CMM scan

Your inspection report will detail the results of the CMM scan and compare the physical dimensions of your manufactured mold to the dimensions contained in the CAD model, ensuring that your molds are geometrically accurate to a fraction of a millimeter.
